Our focus areas

We support startups, scaleups and SMEs across Europe in accelerating their AI adoption — focusing on four specific fields where Luxembourg offers world-class expertise and infrastructure.

Dedicated AI hubs in Luxembourg

As part of the European AI Factory network, we actively promote cross-border collaboration within the EU’s Digital Single Market. To support innovation across the continent, we are establishing dedicated AI hubs in each of these four focus areas:

Cybersecurity
Finance
Space
Green economy

These focus areas were selected based on:

  • Availability of high-quality, domain-specific data

  • Access to sector-specialised incubators in Luxembourg

  • Strong market demand and high potential for rapid AI adoption

Luxembourg’s public research centres and other key players have considerable expertise in these areas, and key stakeholders need and are ready to quickly adopt AI solutions.
