What this service covers, and why it matters

AI performance depends on data quality. We help you identify, evaluate and access trustworthy datasets from public and private sources, including sensitive data where permitted, through a catalogue and guided request process that shortens time to value. Once approved, data can be made available to you in secure processing environments.  

However, not all datasets are open by default, and rules differ across data spaces. The Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS) is created by the Luxembourg Government, to implement Luxembourg’s strategies in research, innovation, and digitalisation. The LNDS is part of the Luxembourg AI Factory, which is why we can streamline requests and make conditions clear before you commit.

This service is designed for SMEs, corporates and public bodies operating in Luxembourg, offering links to European data catalogues and data spaces.
